Springdale Community Dental Clinic

 
            February 2, 2010. N. E. Washington Health Programs (NEWHP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon A. Sok, D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine), to its Springdale Community Dental Clinic (SCDC).

            Dr. Sok earned his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. His extensive experience includes: private practice; work for a Native American clinic; and being a consultant for a Department of Defense Contractor. He has also served in research and teaching capacities, including being a Combat Medic Instructor with the U.S. Army Reserves.

Dr. Sok serves both children and adults. Some examples of the comprehensive dental care he provides includes: preventive care, white and silver fillings, bridges, crowns, treatment of gum disease and jaw pain, root canals, broken teeth and emergency tooth pain.

            Dr. Sok, who enjoys traveling with his family, outdoor sports, and being a Boy Scout leader, commented: “I really enjoy being a dentist, making a connection with my patients and helping them stay healthy through quality oral care.”
