The community health centers accept Medicare, Medicaid (DSHS Coupons), Community Health Plan of Washington and most private insurances. Families and individuals who are uninsured or underinsured may qualify for discounts on their medical or dental services through the Sliding Fee Program. This program calculates discounts based on Federal income guidelines.

We also offer laboratory services at a reduced rate, a pharmacy assistance program and free women's health exams through the Washington State Breast and Cervical Health Program.
