Quail Hollow is a 16-room facility for persons transitioning from their homes but wanting independence with a little support. We initially opened as a pilot project of the USDA "Coming Home" Project and have blossomed into a tight-knit, warm and home-like community. Our residents are ambulatory and need assistance in medication and daily care areas. Whatever your needs, give us a call. Our goal is to serve your needs, keeping you safe, independent, happy and healthy.

Quail Hollow offers private apartments that are fully carpeted and features large accessible bathrooms, individual climate control, and emergency call systems.
