About hospice services:

Hospice is a holistic approach to end-of-life care, which addresses the medical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of the terminally ill person and their loved ones.

Who should seek hospice care?

You are eligible for hospice if you are in the final stages of your illness and have a prognosis of six months or less. Your physician can extend hospice care beyond six months and hospice services are available to patients of all ages.
Where can I receive hospice care?
We care for you in your home-wherever you call home. Assisted living facilities, nursing home or private home.
How do I pay for Hospice of Spokane care?
Services are paid for through Medicare, Medicaid, private pay based on a sliding scale and donations received from memorials, individual and business gifts, pledges, and estates. Thanks to community support, no one is turned away for inability to pay.
