Quail Hollow Assisted Living

N.E. Washington Health Program's Quail Hollow Assisted Living center opened in May 2003. Our mission is to offer a high quality assisted living center in Chewelah that is accessible to our senior citizens. Offering these services strengthens the community and adds to the quality of life of its residents. The center allows our seniors to remain independent longer, live close to home and enjoy a greater quality of life. We specialize in providing services to those that do not have insurance and cannot afford the care they need.  Both private pay and Medicaid (DSHS) are accepted.

Quail Hollow Assisted Living is a safe, comfortable home-like environment that fosters privacy, independence and dignity.  We offer continuum of care in private alcove bedroom apartments.  For those who need a helping hand, our well-trained staff will monitor your medications, provide bathing assistance, accommodate your special diet and make sure you get to the doctor on time.  Every apartment is fully carpeted and features large accessible bathrooms, individual climate control and a call system that has been designed for immediate staff response if needed.

Your Monthly Rent Includes the Following Services: 

• 24-hour on-site staff with call system for immediate response

• Private alcove bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, in-floor heating system, air conditioning, basic cable TV and all utilities (except telephone) are included, along with personal mailboxes on-site

• Three delicious meals a day in the dining room, accommodation of special diets, snacks and guest meals available

• Medication management, including monitoring, supervision or administration

• Monitoring of general health and well-being

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Weekly apartment housekeeping services

• Individual laundry services as needed

• Beauty and barber salon on-site

• Common area fireplace 

• Medical appointment scheduling

• Scheduled transportation

• Landscaped grounds and patio for barbeques
