Home HealthHome Health services are offered to assist people in Stevens, Pend Oreille, Ferry and Northern Spokane counties to recover from an illness at home. Home Health serves by
"Caring for our Patients with a Personal Touch". Many of our staff live in their local service area and have a strong
commitment to help their neighbors with their health care needs at home. |

Our In-Home Services Include: | |

Home Health services may include care from a nurse, aide for personal care, therapist or social worker. Services are provided on an intermittent basis, usually several times a week for 1-2 hours per day to assist in the recovery from an illness or surgery. Services are ordered by the patient's physician and paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, private pay or charity care. One qualifies for Home Health services if services are ordered by a physician, the patient is homebound and there is medical necessity. HospiceHospice care is provided for patients that have decided to receive comfort care vs. aggressive, curative treatment for their terminal disease process. Care is provided by a dedicated team of local health care providers. The care is ordered and facilitated by a physician and payment is usually provided by Medicare, Medicaid or insurance.
