The Springdale Community Health Center is located
approximately eight miles west
of Highway 395. It is utilized by a faithful community who appreciate
having access to quality health care in their own backyard! The patients
in this clinic are under the care of a Physician Assistant and a part
time doctor who, in turn, are supported by dedicated staff that work and live in the community. We
offer a variety of Family Practice services, including diabetic care,
immunizations, women's health exams, and physicals. Whatever your need,
be it urgent or preventive, please consider us when choosing your medical
