You are likely hearing about COVID-19, or Novel Coronavirus, in the media. NEW Health wants to assure you that we are prepared and ready to care for patients with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19. Our clinics are open, and appointments are continuing as scheduled.

If you have upper respiratory symptoms – cough, fever, or shortness of breath – and want to be evaluated for your symptoms, we want to help. We ask that you call 509-935-8424 instead of utilizing same day appointments or express care. Our staff can assist you with evaluating your symptoms and connecting you with care, which may include phone evaluation or a visit in person.

If you have prescriptions and are having trouble picking them up in person, please call NEW Health at 509-935-8424. NEW Health Pharmacies may be able to offer curbside pick up or mail your prescriptions to you at no cost. We are actively monitoring this developing situation and will provide updates as appropriate.
