COVID-19 Vaccine Call Center Available to Eligible Tri County Residents

Northeast Tri County Health District (NETCHD) and Northeast Washington Incident Management Type 3 Team have been working to establish a fully-staffed and centralized call center to coordinate scheduling vaccination appointments and provide COVID-19 vaccine information to residents in Ferry and Pend Oreille, and Stevens Counties. The call center is available Monday – Thursday, 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. and Friday, 7:30 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Residents in all three counties who are eligible for the vaccination can contact the call center at 509-684-2262, select option #4.
Please contact the call center if you are currently eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. We encourage you to contact the call center or use the online registration form to get on our waitlist, especially if you are in Phase 1B1, which includes all people 65 years or older and all people 50 years or older in multigenerational households (home where individuals from two or more generations reside such as an elder and a grandchild). If you have questions about eligibility, we recommend you use the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Phase Finder Tool at www.FindYourPhaseWa.org before you contact the call center to make an appointment. As the phased criteria changes, you will be notified by DOH when you become eligible to receive the vaccine. This will be important as the phases for eligibility change in coming days.
Vaccination sites are being scheduled at locations throughout Ferry, Pend Oreille, and Stevens Counties. These sites will be critical to ensuring high-risk and vulnerable populations across the region have access to the COVID-19 vaccination. More details about vaccination sites, including locations and opening dates, will become available in coming days. As more groups of people become eligible to be vaccinated, these sites will adapt to needs as determined by requests for vaccination appointments.
If you are currently on the vaccination waitlist with NETCHD, expect to be contacted by the call center. It is important for you to try to answer any call from NETCHD. If you do not answer, you might not be contacted again until the next vaccination opportunity to be scheduled in your area.
